Problems with original battery sent. Problem resolved with excellent customer service.
Original Review - Doesn't charge fully - was getting to the 80s, now just the 70s. Various chargers tried. No difference. Seems to discharge quickly even when not doing anything on the phone. Only good thing is that I haven't had it shut off on me randomly like was happening with my original battery. I am disappointed, but it's not worth the hassle to replace or return.Edit to add 4/6/16: AnkerDirect contacted me. I sent in some information and they are shipping out a new battery. I will update this review with the performance of the new battery once it arrives and I have tested it for a while.4/12/16 Edit: I have changed from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect customer service. The second battery they sent performed much the same as the first. They offered to let me send both batteries back for a full refund and then they were going to send me a free external battery as a way of saying sorry. I did decline this offer as I am not sure how long before I upgrade phones and although the batteries they sent are not charging up to 100%, they are functional and I am just keeping one ready to swap out if I am not near a charger. So, in conclusion, the batteries did not perform as I had wanted; however, AnkerDirect was very easy to work with and will work to make sure you are satisfied with the outcome.4/20/16 Edit: Anker went ahead and sent me out new batteries and a return label. I returned the old ones. I have tried the new ones over the past few days and they appear to work perfectly. I have changed my review to 4 stars. I took off a star because of the performance of the first two batteries. If I was just reviewing the new batteries they sent, I would give them 5 stars. Amazing replacement battery, might even buy an extra one!
My girlfriends Galaxy Note 4 was having some extreme battery issues. It was getting hot, dying at 30% and sometimes even at 50%. It was also draining very fast. Upon doing research about a replacement battery. I narrowed it down to 3 batteries, they were all the same but I decided to go with Anker due to MANY positive reviews about their customer service. Thanks to Amazon Prime I received the battery in 2 days and promptly installed the battery into my girlfriends Galaxy Note 4. I let it charge to 100% and told her to use it regularly to make sure the battery is working fine. She used it all day, fell asleep, and woke up with 26% of battery life! A full day of use and it didn't die. She never had her phone do that for months! She was extremely happy, especially with the release of Pokemon GO and needing to leave on location, to see that she can use her phone the way she used to again. I have no complaints about this product but I do feel confident that if there was a problem, Anker's customer support will be very helpful.

I would have given 5 stars, if it wasn’t for the defective product which I received initially. I am seeing multiple review comments with the same problem I had reported, despite of the feature Anker highlights “Tested with strict quality control standards”After 3 days of testing, the new Anker battery gives me approx., 10-15% extra backup on 100% charge, when compared to the 3220 mAh OEM Samsung battery.1. Just for testing purposes I tried to use the battery till it reached 0% from 100% and the battery lasted without dying in the middle.2. The battery was able to fast charge till 100% using my Samsung fast charge adapter.I will recommend this product and you can absolutely trust on Anker’s customer service for their timely, and possible quick solution on addressing your issue.When I reported the problem, Anker had accepted that there was a problem in the product which was sent initially. Since the battery was out of stock they were generous to replace me without return with a combo pack. every 2 years i have to change my battery i always pick anker cuz they last atleast 2 years

Lasted less than 2 years
Worked fine for 21 months. Now it bulged and does not fit on my note anymore.I was driving using waze and charging when it overheated and bulged.
