Great fix for my broken headset.

Since we’re working from home we had some extra headphone gear at the office. I brought home the unit and it had had an ear piece that just didn’t fit and it was too heavy to stay on my ear. I was excited to see the headset part on Amazon at such a decent price so I snatched it right up.Putting the headset in the earpiece was a piece of cake. And works great.

Bought this for someone who had a Plantronics headset that worked great but over 6 plus years they had it, then headband finally gave in. While it is expensive for a headband, it is made well and made to last and replacing this one part makes the headset whole again.

I like the Plantronics CS50 headset, but the over-the-head band that came with the unit was very cumbersome and difficult to adjust. Also, there was no padding on the ear, and it became irritating after awhile. The behind-the-ear device did not work well because I wear glasses.This Uniband replacement is the way to go. It includes two pads for the ear: one of foam and one with a "leatherette" cushion. I can put it on or take it off quickly. My ear cartilage does get a bit sore eventually because of my glasses, so I often leave the whole thing on the charging stand. When I receive a call, I can pick it up and put it on so quickly that I do not have to wear it overlong. Highly recommended over the original equipment.

more comfortable than the over the ear holder, but does not position the mouth piece as well. I am going to keep using it because of the comfort, but I really do wish it allowed you to adjust the movement of the boom from side to side instead of just up and down. It sits too close to my face and rubs on my cheek or actually gets in front of the air coming out of my mouth, either of which provides for sounds getting send over phone calls I would prefer I was not sending. Neither of these are issues with the over the ear holder. But that one hurts your ear after a few hours.

Don't get me wrong, the head set that these are a part of are great. The piece you can use to hang the headset over your ear is great. And really, these headsets are fine, but a couple of people in our office don't like to keep them on, which results in the constant putting on and taking off the headsets. The problem is that these do have a tenancy to break after a while. Tape only works so well. The good news is that you don't have to buy a whole headset to replace them. Plus these weren't that expensive. We will just have to keep a few on hand for 'just in case'.We have had this system in place for a couple of years, and we have to replace a headband a little more frequently than once a year.

They are like Flimsy this is my 2nd pair, I work from and uses a wireless head set. I have to duck tape it after a couple months until I decide to purchase a new one

I got this to replace the ear clip that my headset came with. The ear clip wouldn't stay on my ear - I think I have smaller ears than most, so it didn't really have much to hold on to. With this headband, the headset easily stays on and is comfortable to wear. It's easy to set up with the included instructions and seems durable.

It does what it says on the tin, although a bit small even when extended fully. Maybe someone quite tall finds it a bit of a struggle, so a bit of caution there

The original ear cushion lasted about 5 years of frequent use, but then started to disintegrate.The replacement is identical to the original, a good price and quickly delivered.Excellent.
