Prat Paris Pampa Roll'In Red Leather Scrapbook

I ordered the Pampa Roll'In Scrapbook Red Leather Album, which, by the photograph, I thought was a russet reddish-brown color. Unfortunately, when I received the product, it was a very bright red color. Sadly, I returned it. In returning the product, I simply asked to be credit for shipping expenses (as OrangeOnions also does not offer free shipping) due to misleading product description, and proceeded to run into the following issues:1) I could not speak with a representative on the phone. When I called the phone number listed, I was directed to email customer service.2) Received an email saying that accounting would follow up with me. This process alone took over a week.3) When I finally heard back from accounting, I was informed, "we will not be able to reimburse you for shipping and there is also a 15% restocking fee".Net/Net -Misleading product description15% restocking fee for returns (This is not clarified in the product description)Delivery and Return shipping not includedSlow/unhelpful customer serviceVERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SELLER.
