Wow! I am quite impressed with what's included in this book. Tons and tons of content for Pokemon lovers to devour. The book is made well, and my daughter is absolutely loving going through it and learning more facts about the various pokemon characters. It's been really fun to go through it with her, and it's given us some great bonding time. This book is definitely something I'd recommend to anyone looking to learn more about the characters, and for any child that's a big fan. It's become her go to book, and she wants to read it every day!

Waited for library binding it is well worth it. Super sturdy and my son loves it. Spends hours reading it and learning new things. It is alphabetical which is more helpful for kids learning and not as much a pokedex checklist guide to follow along with games.

My daughter borrowed this book from the library and absolutely destroyed it. First a bit of milk spilled on it. Later it was left outside and it rained. The whole book was soaked and we left it to dry inside. Little did we know, no permanent damage was done! Sure the pages are a tad wrinkled and it’s “fluffed” meaning appears thicker than a fresh book. But no words were left unreadable and no pages stuck together. Of course putting a book through that we choose to buy a new one and gave the new one to the library and she gets to keep the well loved one.

With over 600 pages and details on more than 1,000 Pokémon (up through Scarlet & Violet), it’s a gorgeous, kid-friendly reference that she keeps coming back to . The layout is clean and intuitive, making it easy for her to look up her cards or learn new stats and facts. The full-color illustrations make it feel like holding a real Pokédex in her hands . Why it's 4 stars, not 5: It’s missing a few of the very latest forms from recent DLC (per fan discussions), and the size makes it a bit bulky for travel . Overall, it’s a top-tier gift for any Pokémon-loving kid—or adult. Informative, well-designed, and used for actual reference. Highly recommend for families or collectors.
