Tub Drain Remover Wrench - Use to Install and Remove Most Bath and Shower Drains and Closet Spuds Square Plastic Toilet Seat Nuts

I needed to change the drain fittings in my 2 tubs, this tool worked great for removal and especially the re-install of the new drain fittings.

This wrench worked great to remove my old tub drain. it worked much better that the old way of sticking plier handles in a twisting the drain out. it was worth the price

This made the install of a shower drain super easy. No fumbling with a jerryridged tool. I was able to screw the drain in and i noticed it needed more plumbers puddy. I backed the drain out and added it and finished the install. No slipping, fumbling, anything just job complete on to the next one.

Does the job

Nicely made, peanut money, and beats twisting, spraining your wrists on a pair of channel locks trying to take off the old, corroded drain. Just take your time and go easy, Even If I use it once it's worth the money.

Very effective to replace tub drain if bottom isn't broken. My tub drain bottom was broken so I used another tool to remove old one and used this tool to install new one.

The product received was not the shiny silver tool in the photo. The one I received looked used or had discoloration (not rust). It looks like when you heat steel up and there are dark spots, this was what mine looked like when I received it and decided to return it. I like my tools to be new when I get it and I want my work to contribute to its look, not others. However with that said, I would say it would have done the job if you need it to fix a tub drain cover. BTW, for those getting it, it was also a little shorter than I liked it compared to your retail box store ones (say Home Depot or Lowe’s), but again it would have done the job with either a screwdriver through the hole or a crescent wrench to torque. And the guys/gals using this, we know you strong, don’t over torque!

This tool made life so easy and clean. It did the job as intended and allowed me to replace our old Bathtub drain quick and simple. In this day of rising costs, this tool made this job doable at a fraction on the cost. Don't try doing the job without this tool!! You will just make a mess of your fiberglass tub and incur much greater costs.
