This is so much better than than a foam neck brace. My neck feels nicely supported when wearing it and provides me with great pain relief. I can comfortably wear it to bed without any discomfort. I purchased a Small even though I was between two sizes and the brace fits perfectly. Love the removable cover which is very soft and silky. I'm only giving 4 stars for comfort because the Velcro is new and very tight. Hoping with use it will be easier to release Velcro. Would absolutely recommend.

I got this product because I am a CPAP user intend to let my jaw drop and breathe through my mouth. I'm using it to prevent that. Is a little uncomfortable but it works well for that purpose. I don't know how tight it would have to be to stabilize your neck. It is a little warm, but I like the idea that you can throw the whole thing into a washer and wash it. I would prefer it if it were just a little bit bigger in diameter at some points but if you move it around you can usually get it to work pretty well.

I chose this one because it's contoured in the front under the chin. That is a very good feature. Had to return it because the width of the foam on this brace is too wide for my short neck. It would fit better if it was 1/2 to 3/4 inches narrower. I don't see any on the market like that.

I recently had a very serious and lengthy back surgery. I am wearing a hard brace all the time but can take it off one hour each day, this brace is soft to touch yet firm enough to hold my neck upright while I recover. Highly recommend.

I have degenerated cartilage in my neck, a condition which is very painful. This neck brace is the best I have found! It is small enough for a woman adult and the contours are just right. An extra bonus was a leaflet showing neck exercises with illustrated and written directions. These exercises (which are right in line with those of my physical therapist) are helping build up the muscles in my neck. Also 2 other covering items came with the package for traveling. I recommend this product with highest marks!

Unable to open Velcro closure. My adult daughter also had extreme difficulty in finally prying it open.

It helps me feel like my head won't fall off when my neck injury feels weak.
