Good water bottle, but didn’t get colour I ordered, and didn’t receive the cleaning brush that was supposed to be supplied with the bottle, it’s a small niggle so didn’t bother to go through hassle of returning, but did not get what I had ordered!

Lovely colour and quick delivery, however bottle arrived noticably damaged. There is a mark where the pink has gone completely and you can see the silver underneath, just above this there is a strange darker mark. First time using the bottle today and it never fully seals (there's almost no ridge to tighten the lid, you turn it about 30° to put the lid on), so it always drips every time you take the lid off as there's always water sitting around the "seal" area of the neck of the bottle. Haven't used it long enough to comment on the insulating aspect.Would not recommend. Mine appears to be a faulty item, maybe returned by someone else and sold on. Extremely disappointed. I won't be using it again after today.
