Product doesnt work and they will not refund your money.
The product never worked and when I returned it they gave me only half of the refund claimming the little cover was missing, a cover that you need to remove to use the product to see the temp. I bought a cheaper one for $100 less and it worked fine, don't waste your money here, get one that works and they will return your money of doesn't.

This is the 4th unit I have purchased. It supplies hot water almost instantly at my kitchen sink and dishwasher that is far from my hot water tank and over an unheated crawl space. I have also purchased one for the new house I am building.

Replaced old heater
It took about ten minutes to install in place of the old heater. The old heater lasted 16 years.

good product
Works perfectly. Had to turn down the setting to prevent burns at the sink. I plumbed this as a booster to the regular heater that is at the other end of the house and takes 2 gallons of water flow to get hot at the sink. I am optimistic it will last as long as predicted.
