NO HARDWARE INCLUDED. MAKES A TOTAL OF THREE PURCHASES TO INSTALL BACK RACK WITH TOOL BOX.
Item did not come with any installation hardware for the "No Drill System". The Racks don't come with mounting hardware and is sold separate I purchased this installation kit as I have a toolbox as well and the installation kit did not come with any mounting hardware other than the two powder coated brackets not Nuts, Bolts, or washers. This makes three purchases to properly install a back rack with a tool box. $150 for Rack, another $40 for two toolbox brackets, and not looks like another $70ish for hardware to install it. No too pleased in this set up. An mounting system should include all hardware to use it if being sold separately already from the rack itself which state mounting kit sold separate.UPDATE: 8/25/2016. I have found local Backrack dealer in my aera who gave me contacts at backrack and was advised this mounting kit should have come with mounting hardware in a bad with installation instructions.
