Anti-Aging Lip Treatment, 0.34 Fl Oz

Absolutely luscious product, for luscious lips. Cannot live without VenEffect for lip, and had to be talked into the first purchase ($85!) but it is SO WORTH IT. In a pinch, I have overnight mailed the product, thrilled it's available now with Amazon Prime. I use it at least twice a day, morning and night, and have a tub in my make-up drawer, purse and overnight kit. The cream rubs on easily with a finger swipe, goes on smoothly. Texture and taste are fabulous. Visibly improves the texture of my lips-- and the effect is cumulative. I have been using the product about 2 years and my lips have never looked better or felt softer. (My husband is a big fan! He should try using it too!!!) My lips are slightly plumper, also, after a couple of consecutive applications. And they no longer dry in the winter. Don't need chap stick- even in the sub-freezing temps. LOVE IT! I have been using this product for at least 10 years. I ordered 2 of these in January as I was running out of the product. When you order a quantity of 2 of a product like this you normally don't open them both at the same time to check to see if they are ok. You use one and then once finished with one you open the other. I actually opened the 2nd one sooner than I normally would because I had packed the first one in my luggage to take on a trip. These are expensive. A container of .34oz is $80. I just went to Amazon to try to process a return and it told me the window had closed to return. You can see from the photo I have uploaded the product has been on the self for a long time and has turned from a creamy off white conditioning anti-aging Lip Treatment to a yucky gel drying up oily consistency. I am very disappointed about this. If this is not rectified I will not be purchasing this product again and I will be turning off the subscription I had set up for this product.

A review from my wife since this was one of our Vine items and I don't wear makeup or use products of this nature....A lot of “plant based” or “all natural” treatments contain aloe, which I’m allergic to. So I was very glad to see that this treatment for lips didn’t. It does promise a lot, though. It’s supposed to “visibly reduce the appearance of vertical lines,” “smooth, soften, and plump the delicate lip area.” Also, “lipstick will glide on beautifully” and you can “say goodbye to lipstick bleed!”This lip treatment is different than anything I’ve ever tried. It’s neither a balm nor a gloss and it’s not in a tube. It’s a very light cream (the box describes it as “delicate”) and it’s in a tiny little jar. It has a very light, very soft feel to it as it goes on. Unlike practically anything else I’ve ever used on my lips, this product absorbs into the lips really quickly. And while it doesn’t leave a waxy or greasy layer on the lips, you definitely know it’s there – lips are moisturized, soft, and rosy (even though it’s not tinted at all). A little goes a long way, which is great considering the price.I haven’t been using it long, only about two weeks. So I can’t really say if it will ever really reduce the signs of aging around my mouth. But I have noticed that my lips look healthier. I’ve always had a huge problem with chapping and peeling – I have lip balms stuck everywhere because of it – and that has not been as severe since I’ve been using the VENaffect. In fact, I don’t reach for the lip balm as much as I used to. Lipstick does go on smoother when using it and it stays truer to color because the balm isn’t “watering it down.” Actually, I prefer to put it on before any other makeup and smooth it in the area around my lips, too.It’s not exactly the type of thing I’d want to carry around in one of my nice handbags for fear it the lid would come off – it would take up more space than a tube of balm anyway. I try to use it at least three times per day: in the morning under my lipstick, before I go to the gym, and then again before bed.The only sticking point for me, and the only reason I didn’t give it five stars, is the price. Eighty five dollars ($85.00) is a lot of money to pay for a tiny jar of lip cream. As much as I love the product, I can’t imagine paying that much for a lip treatment regularly.

I have used this twice a day around my lips and lines. There is no visable difference. Definitly disappointedWay over pricedwell I have finished this product. This is so crazy that I ever considered paying this amount for the tiny jar.How can companys advertise a product and make promises and why on earth did I purchase this. Hopeful I guess.

This is the best lip care product I've ever tried. Leaves lips soft and moisturized, it protects and strengthens.

I got a sample of this once and fell in love with it so bought the full size. My lips can get dry and flaky and this helps so much. I'm not sure how it does it, but it seems like it helps my lips shed the dead dry skin and be smooth, moisturized and overall more healthy looking.

This is a nice lip product that can be used multiple times a day. I’m currently living in Chicago during winter time, so a quality lip moisturizer is a must. This can be worn alone or under lipstick. Make sure the product is fully rubbed in before applying anything on top.The only thing that gets me, is the price. I feel like the price can be dropped at least $25 to make it more appealing for people to buy.Not sure if I will repurchase. Aquaphor is my other go-to.
