I like the ability to charge 2 batteries at the same time using just one charge lead. I’ve got 5 Ring batteries that need charging, sometimes 2-3 at the same time. I’m currently on my second batch of batteries charging, so far so good as this cold weather is killing the battery power.The only downside is the cable supplied is usb to usb C - not the correct cable for the charger. It wasn’t an issue to me as I plugged in an original Ring orange charge lead into the charging base.

Came with wrong charger.Charger was to big

The unit came as 2 parts, the cable and the dock. However, the cable I received does not fit into the dock, which is frustrating. The concept of the item is good and had I received the correct cable it would have been idea. Small and therefore a great size for what I need, but useless without the correct cable with it!!!!

I had an issue with the charger and contacted the seller. They could not have been more helpful and arranged for a replacement. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
