Vienna® Chicago-Style Condiment Kit (1 Jar Yellow Mustard, 1 Jar Green Relish, 1 Jar Sport Peppers, 1 Jar Celery Salt)

I'm a big fan of hot dogs and like to create authentic regional variations. I happened to find Vienna dogs locally, but couldn't locate the necessary (absolutely necessary) condiments. Amazon to the rescue. Package arrived quickly and was incredibly sturdy. All jars were intact, no leaks. The relish is great, you can't fake that bright green color. Sports are tangy and bright. Mustard is average, it didn't really stand out. The celery saly is a little coarser than what I already had - very nice when used as a topping rather than a mixed-in ingredient.

Overall, I am pleased with all the condiments that I received to make a Chicago style hotdog. Everything was well packed and the packaging prevented any breakage while in transit. I wanted to try this after watching a video on YouTube. It looked pretty good and was soooo easy to make. I chose this over the kit as the price point was much lower and I had some all beef hotdogs already. All the ingredients provided allowed me to sample this “epicurean delight” for the first time. Wow. It was an experience! I enjoyed the unique blend of flavors and bright colors. It was definitely different from what I am used to having but truly worthwhile trying. There is one thing I would tell anyone is that the peppers are a bit on the spicy hot side, so proceed with caution if you are sensitive to spicy foods or have children that might not do well with spicy peppers . Otherwise, it was a great break from the usual for a reasonable price and the condiments can be used many times afterwards. All in all, it’s a great deal.

Only way to make a Chicago style hotdog

Great kit to make Chicago-style hot dogs. The only condiment missing (besides fresh tomatoes) was the Kosher Dill Pickle Spears.

Loved the products but far too expensive. But was for Father’s Day for my native Chicago dad so I slurged for him.

Yummy, you need the potato buns as well!!

Took this and some hotdogs and chips my coworkers and I enjoyed this.
