Brushed Nickel Shower Faucet Set, EMBATHER Shower Fixtures with 6 Inch Rainfall Shower Head, Single Handle Control Shower Valve and Trim Kit

I love this shower faucet from Embather. Bought my first one in 2020 which I installed in a new bathroom. It looks great, was an easy install and functions well. I have iron in my water (vacation home) and the finish has stood up very well in the last 3 years to the iron deposits that can form on surfaces - none of that sticks to the finish of the faucet. It worked so well, that I bought a second one from Amazon for a bathroom remodel recently. Also, the customer service is great. I winterize this property as we only use it three seasons of the year. To winterize it, I have the lines blown out and I forgot to blow out the new shower line in the first winter. As a result the cartridge had to be replaced the next spring. I contacted the Embather service e-mail and got a prompt response from Kirsteen. She helped me troubleshoot via email and when it looked like a replacement cartridge was needed Kirsteen said that it was covered under warranty and sent me a free replacement. I'll highlight that this was my fault as I didn't remove the water from the line before winter - yet the company still covered it under warranty and sent me a replacement. That is a great warranty and the service was prompt and helpful. You can see why I bought a second one.

Put this in our stand up shower and it looks nice.

I have not installed this item yet, so this review is based on packaging and appearance. Item arrived super quick and was packaged very nicely with gloves for installation. The brushed nickel color is spot on and the item seems heavy and sturdy. I will update my review once it has been installed and utilized. Overall, felt like it was a great deal price wise and quality seems good.

The unit was for new construction and I did not realize this. My mistake. I am sending back but a refund is not necessary.

I had liked this shower head unit until the mixer valve stopped working and shower will not turn off. The head continues to drip quite a bit. We. have only had this installed for two years. I have contacted Embather to get a new valve mixer and have NOT heard back from them. I also do not have the paper work and have asked for this as well. This issue is obviously very important, as my water will not turn off. Hoping seeing this review someone from Embather will contact me with the necessary answers. Like where do I get the part??? Other items I have purchased from Amazon, the company has had a phone number to contact them directly. Please someone from the company contact me!

This shower head is better than any I have tried at luxury hotels. Has just the right amount of pressure to enjoy a nice hot shower after a long day at work. Highly recommend this shower head.

We have not installed the product yet, but I have to say I am really impressed with how the package came. Everything came in a really nice box, the tap and shower head were all individually wrapped. At first look it seems really great!
