Great for a friend lover
I got these for my sister for her birthday. She's obsessed with friends and everything friends. These are super cool. The saying are amazing except for Rachel's we have no clue what she's saying. But even just to put up on a shelf they are great for any friend lover.

Got these for my mom who loves Friends and she was so happy with them. If they don’t work, you need new batteries and they all have to be the same brand.

Pretty good
So, I'm surprised it wasn't damaged because the box it came in was destroyed. The shipping box was fine. It happened elsewhere. As others stated but in some case's the destroyed boxes came with broken characters. I got Joey and Phoebe and they are awesome. The characters voices are spot on and great catch phases. One of Phoebies is MY EYES MY EYES! Friends fans know. Anyway it seems more like I got lucky that mine actually worked. I like it and it's cute but cheap and I'll purchase my FRIENDS stuff elsewhere.

Broken
Arrived via USPS in a padded envelope. Item clearly previously broken, box smashed, torn, plastic base chipped and stained. Completely unusable. After reading several other recipients had the same experience I’m not wasting more time trying to replace it.
