Not feeling like I was listened to
While the ring was great, I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed when I gave it to my husband for Valentines Day and the ring which I had been sent was actually a size 10.5 and not a size 11 like I had ordered. In other words it was too small and tight. If I had received what i had ordered I would have rated this ring as 4 or 5 stars but right now I feel like my order (which I had to wait for delivery of) was not even listened to or taken into consideration. Please listen to your customers. When you dont, they dont reorder with you.
