This is my second box. Glad I purchased from Amazon because I received the authentic product, complete with all meals and the meal planning guide at a better price than from Nutrisystem. That didn't happen when I purchased from Wally world. Between COVID and a broken ankle, I needed an affordable, healthy solution that was easy to prepare. So glad I tried this. The meals are actually pretty good! And there is plenty to eat. While you can't pick your meals, you can purchase different kits for variety, or if you are trying to focus on different aspects of your diet. I first tried the "Balanced" plan, now I'm trying the "Protein Powered" plan to address bone healing. Very easy to use, all you need is a microwave, so if you're hobbling around on crutches or a knee scooter like me right now, and can't cook, it's a breeze to still eat healthy and prepare your own meals. There are treats and protein shakes too (separate purchases, however). You can add a simple salad, or slice of bread, almonds, fruit, veggies, an egg, avocado, etc., to enhance your plan. It is all in the meal planning booklet. You are also eligible for online support if needed.This is a great, healthy system to allow you to lose or maintain your weight in a nutritionally sound, but realistic manner. This ensures you will keep it off and restart solid eating habits, or teach yourself how to eat better going forward, or simply stay on course. And it won't break the bank. Ordering it from Amazon makes it so easy, nothing to join, no commitments to make. So glad I tried it; can't recommend it highly enough.

Good jump start to a diet only lost 3lbs...tho Don't expect to lose more in 5 days because that's totally unrealistic. Actually good quality food although i had to sprinkle a little seasoning for flavor. But overall good stuff.

The meals are pretty tasty actually! But I burnt almost everyone in the microwave. The real cooking times are less than half of what’s stated. I understand everyone’s microwaves are different but it took me burning at least 3 meals before finding out what worked.

This product is still sitting in my pantry. It’s a good thing I didn’t order more, it’s hard to even eat. Too many carbs, too little flavor, waste of money.
