Faulty!
I ordered one, it came as soon as I put water in it cracked and broke. Returned and order a 2nd, same thing!! Bottom of pot leaking water. Seems to be very poor quality.

Perfect teapot and cup
I love this set. I was looking for a cup that wasn’t so big that the surface area leads to the contents cooling too quickly. The surface area here is perfect and the pot fits nicely over it. I also love the texture of the set and the rewarding colors on the inside of the cup. It was a joyful and rewarding purchase.

Missing important piece, and within days got a brand new one.
Was missing a lid, now I have to return. There goes a birthday gift. Was upset, however, they did send me a replacement within a couple of days without hassle. It's an awesome piece.

Broke during 1st use
Added boiling water and it broke immediately. Ordered a replacement and it broke as well.
