Yummy
I have been using this oil especially in my coffee for a couple of years now. I grew up using cardamom in bakery, but these drops are amazing. Sometimes I might add a drop of the cinnamon or add coconut extract to the cardamom. Yummy. So happy I discovered these. I subscribe to the 3 pack.

Expensive but terrific!!!
I first bought a single bottle of the Cardamom as I love Cardamom in savory dishes, baked goods, desserts & drinks. It was so terrific that I decided to buy the sampler set and another of the 4 varieties of Chai Masala. WOW, these are very potent, mostly only need to use a drop. I like adding to my coffee, tea or hot or cold chocolate. I've used the Black Pepper to season several dishes. The Lemon Grass is wonderful in tea and would also be great added to lemonade & cocktails, not too mention desserts. I'm intrigued now how the various herb extracts are. Having tried 2 of the 3 Chai blends, I will definitely consider trying the other two. DO MAKE SURE TO SHAKE EACH BOTTLE WELL BEFORE USING. Some are thicker consistency than others. I will definitely buy them again and may try the herbs. Not sure how long they will last but considering 1 drop is potent, they should be reasonably economical.

Yummy!
Very strong! I mean amazing strong. Really, really strong, yummy flavor. I put 5 drops in a pot of coffee, absolutely delicious! I will definitely try other flavors. I felt like it was a bit pricey, but no, it's worth every penny.

BASIL: Thick, Goopy, & Tastes Like Black Licorice
I'm not really sure what this actually even is, or if it's even edible. It is a thick, black, goopy and sticky mess of a product that barely draws up into the dropper and oozes over the lip of the bottle as soon as you open it. If I didn't smell or taste it I'd think it was an oil spill in a tiny bottle! Not sure why I tasted it to be honest because everything about it is extremely off-putting. It smells and tastes exactly like very potent anise or black licorice, which is not exactly what you're aiming for when purchasing basil extract. My product's packaging was damaged due to poor packing/handling by Amazon, but that didn't make this item unpalatable and just plain gross. I wanted basil extract mostly for gin cocktails, so I just reverted to the tried and true method... muddle or blend it from fresh leaves. Don't buy this hoping for a shortcut, just eww.

Very Stong!
This concentrate is very strong! One drop is too much for a cup of coffee (I was combining oat milk, sweeter of either simple syrup or honey, and one drop of this). I have found that putting 1-2 drops in a container that includes the oat milk for my coffee for the next 3-4 days is best. It would be nice to not need a separate container, but I was glad I could find a solution. Another solution I found is using flavored creamer that cardamom would taste good in and directly adding drops (be sure to shake the carton after adding them!) I did this with flavored oat milk creamer (the brown sugar oat milk creamer from TJs). 3-4 drops is what I prefer per pint but I would recommend starting with 1-2 and adding as you figure out how strong you like the cardamom. Also, regarding the flavor of this cardamom, there is a distinct aftertaste and it is not as good as using "actual" cardamom. However, it is a great alternative for drinks and such, just not a perfect substitution. I also am planning to bake with it soon and am excited to see how the flavor profile compares to when I've used "true" cardamom.

Absolutely love!
This is exactly what I was looking for, just a few drops has all the taste and aroma of chai. I use it to boost my tea, but buying a second bottle now and plan on baking with it.

Powerful punch of spice
WOW this stuff is really strong! I bought this to replace my almost daily starbucks chai and 1 single drop is more than enough for a 20oz cup of tea. The flavor is exactly what I was looking for and I will definitely repurchase in the future.
