Tricky, but Helpful
This cards effects seem a bit tricky, such as needing to be the only one Pendulum Summoned from the hand to double its strength; I also find it a little hard to understand its Pendulum ability. But however tricky it can be, it can still be valuable, especially for unique summoning's.
