Arrived in perfect condition. It came complete. Easy to set-up. I ordered it for my son's graduation party and use it once. Originally, I was going to rent it but I would of paid the same amount for it from a local rental company. The trays are not as deep so you will have to refill often but it was worth it for the price. The black handle is not attractive. I would prefer a stainless steel handle but the chafing dishes remained open most of the party so it wasn't a big deal. I saw a similar set at Costco and it was $20 more each. For small events of less than 200 people, these stainless steel chafers work great! I would highly recommend it.

Really nice set, nice look and definitely serves the purpose. My only complaint would be the 4 little fuel/burner holders that hold the fuel cans are awkwardly made and doesn't work has designed. The can burners sits inside the holders and while in use the cans seems to rise above the top of the can holder and the piece that is used to snuff out the fire will not swivel/move over the fire as designed to do, because the fuel can has risen too high. Really weird situation and difficult to explain; so my remedy is not to use the holders, but simply sit the burners in place underneath the pans.

I ordered these dishes for my upcoming DIY wedding where I am cooking all of the food by myself, and I was so surprised at the amazing cheap price for so much stuff. They delivered my product and it didnt even take a week and on top of that each dish is in its own separate box packed together in a 4pk. I am not sure if it will last long if oven (300F) is used to keep the food warm. It would be nice to have 'warm in oven' option. So right material should be selected.

Loved the product. Getting the rebate was another story. After contacting IDealz numerous times with just that many promises and fixes, I finally went to Amazon and received the rebate.

Burner covers hard to remove. Cut a deep gash in hand, maybe figure a better way to remove or smooth out edgesLove the product!!

Heats well, very convenient. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the stands could be a little heavier. It still works very well though.

I am pleased with this Chafer Set I purchased. However, the packaging for shipping were done in two(2) so therefore there were two shipping fees but overall the item is excellent. It arrived with all the fittings as mentioned. Do look forward to shopping again. Thanks!
