Great tool! Classic design combined with disposable razors makes it a keeper.

I've been a barber for a little over a year and I can tell the difference between this straight edge and the beginner blades you get from Walmart. Those might be good to practice but this wooden blade is made for work. It's sturdy and solid made. The razor isn't as exposed as I'd like but the craftsmanship makes up for it. It's easy to control and hand placement is perfect. They sent be two razors upon delivery so I was please with that as well because I got two blades for $29. I hope it lasts. Overall a good buy. I would have given more stars if the razor was more exposed.
