I bought this during a heatwave and boy oh boy was it a lifesaver! Now that it's cooled off, I've continued to use it paired with a second lightweight blanket and it's really good at keeping me comfortably warm without overheating or making me feel suffocated and sweaty.The blanket itself is a really nice quality that just gets softer the more you use it. If you're someone who needs to sleep with some sort of sheet or blanket on you, but get super hot super easily, I definitely recommend giving this a go of you're not a fan of the silky/satin textured cooling blankets, or if you want something that has a cute cottage core vibe to it. Bamboo-infused fabrics are nice as well for people like me who have sensitive skin.Just a couple notes from experience: It does kind of have a smell when you first take it out of the packaging, so if you're sensitive to that you may want to air it out for a day or wash it before using it (I didn't have an issue with it.) And if you have pets or partners with sharp nails, or if you sleep with something like a watch or jewelry, the waffle weave will pluck and get caught on small things. I've had this issue a couple times with rings.Overall I definitely recommend this if you want a cooling blanket that won't slide off you in the middle of the night while sleeping, or for my folks who want a more pretty looking alternative to the satin-type blankets.

I have been eyeing this blanket for months. We purchased another blanket from Bedsure at Christmas for our daughter. It has held up amazingly! So, I took the opportunity and order this blanket and some sheet sets from Bedsure. I was so excited when the waffle blanket got here. But up on opening, I immediately noticed it did not come in sealed Bedsure packaging, but instead Amazon Ready to Ship. I have included a photo of the packaging it arrived in. I then noticed the scent of someone else's laundry detergent. I laid the blanket out to look at it. I found it covered with snags, animal hair and discolored in spots. The care tag had been removed by the previous owner. The blanket was incredibly soft though. I felt heartbroken!I reached out to Bedsure about what I had received. They were quick to get back with. They suggested I contact Amazon since they have the items there and are in charge of shipment. Bedsure also offered me a chance to keep the blanket and receive a refund of 50% off, or return it for a full refund. I went for the option on Amazon if returning the used blanket, and receiving a new one in its place.After a couple days the new blanket arrived. It was in sealed Bedsure packaging. It is beautiful! It's not as soft as the used one, but I assume that is due to being washed numerous times. It's perfect size for our California king sized bed. I sleep incredibly hot and this blanket has been amazing! I also got the eucalyptus tencel sheets from Bedsure. Our son laid in our bed and asked if we got a new mattress! He couldn't believe a new blanket and sheets could transform the way a bed feels. I am very happy with the products we purchased from Bedsure and will be buying more in the future!

I read through a number of reviews on cooling blankets and was exhausted because they all contradicted each other. I picked this one to put me out of my misery and I'm so glad I did.Out of the packaging, it had a strong smell, so I washed it on a gentle cycle, and dried it on low heat (note tags said not to do this) and it came out perfectly and smelled great. No snags, no wrinkles. To me, the cooling isn't noticeable to touch, but we've now slept with it 3 nights in a row, and we have not woken up sweating like we used to.I purchased the King, even though we have a Queen bed because we wanted to tuck the blanket in at the base and not have it come out. We also wanted the blanket to have room on each side. If we purchased the Queen it would have had to go back due to sizing. The King fit perfectly for a Queen bed.I ordered the white - it's more of a light cream, and you can see the difference next to white sheets. Next time, I'd order a different color, but I wouldn't return it because of that. We recommend!

Got this Twin XL for my dad while he was going through chemo and radiation. Bought a second Twin XL later for my mom as well.My dad loved how soft and gentle this was on his skin. He had a chest/neck implant/portal for his chemo and other treatments. This never snagged on his bandage/portal.His skin was very sensitive and there were few items that didn't cause him discomfort.He recently lost his battle with cancer but for the close-to-a-year he had this blanket, he really loved it. He would have a heavier blanket on top, as he needed to layer to get the right temperature near the end. But this one was closest to his skin.My mom still loves these as well and continues to use them.My husband and I used these while we were visiting and love how soft these are, so much so that we are planning on getting the sage color for ourselves in King.

This blanket is soft enough but isn't super soft to the touch like a fleece would be so take note on that. It makes for a fantastic top blanket on a bed in the summer because its still breathable yet forming to your body due to being more of a stretchy material. I got a king size for a queen sized bed because I like lots of hang over and it fits perfectly. On the down side of things I got a dud one and will now have to return it for a new one because though I decorate with blue I dont particularly enjoy " A BlUE INK STAIN" in the middle of it. Must have been a return. This was an unfortunate inconvenience for me since I now have to buy a second to wait for my return to go through if I want it right away which I do. I do recommend the blanket though providing they dont all come with ink stains on them. 😜 UPDATE REVIEW: rebought a new blanket. It came quickly but it looks completely used and wrinkled and smells absolutely TERRIBLE! Smelled up the whole room of strong food or something. Yuck! Also recieved a dress that also has a big stain and wrinkled up. What is going on with Amazon as I have not had these issues in the past.

Great as a summer blanket or for anyone looking for a breathable cooling blanket - hot flashes, hot sleepers. It is lightweight but has "bulk" to it so it's cozy.And it washed AMAZINGLY well.My white blanket arrived with a red (what looks like nail polish) stain right in the middle.I contacted the seller to exchange it (I tried to refund and repurchase but the price went up by 30$! over night. The seller did not respond to request for an exchange or price match.5 star quality, 1 star service.
