LASCO 03-1563 Chrome Plated Floor and Ceiling Split Flange Fits 2-Inch Iron Pipe

Not sure whey homebuilder cut corners and didn't install these flanges when the house was built - but they didn't. And, I didn't like the look of the pipe going into the bare wall. These split flanges are perfect as you don't have to remove the valve to install them - they simply split and secure over the pipe. Much better appearance if it's open under the sink and not covered with a vanity.

Easy to use, must be on a flat surface, nothing slanted!

Got exactly what I expected from the description. Showed up in proper packaging. We got it to cover the gaps around the radiator pipe after our exterminator said centipedes were entering there. The flange has just enough weight to it, so it stays in place. It does the trick and looks very nice.

Thinner than I expected, but did the job intended. It bent several times handling it, but I was able to put it back in shape without it breaking.

The hole diameter is quite a bit larger than the nominal size listed. I needed a metal escutcheon to cover a 2 1/8" pipe penetrating the fire-rated wall between the garage and house. The nominal 2" fitting has a hole diameter of over 2 1/2". The metal is of very thin guage, but I don't need a heavy-duty fitting for my application. Nice chrome finish. Overall: pretty good product and at a reasonable price.

When I bought my house I was blind to some details, such as the pipe coming out of the wall to the toilet. Sure it's kinda out of sight but it was bothering me. I am by no means handy. It Does what it should.
