Great brand for D3- it has K2 in it to allow for better absorption. Doesn’t make me nauseous if taken with a meal. Perfect dose, tablet size, and a trustworthy brand!

I noticed a difference taking this vitamin D3 and K2 more than I’ve had in the past with different D3. I’ve taken from different companies would recommend highly.

Took one a day and raised my vitamin D levels
I take these daily-- one a day. My vitamin D level was around 25, now it's wavers between 50-55 (forget the units, but this is the lower end of the optimal level). They're small and easy to swallow.
