the taste doesn't linger
I trust Carlson and the safe quality of their products. I always take fish oil for health reasons. The cheaper brands have side effects which I don't like. Carlson cod liver oil does not bother me. I mostly notice the difference in my mood and skin.

I’m certainly not an expert on supplements but I do read through all the ingredient rigorously whenever I’m ingesting something, this seems straightforward and clear of harmful additives.
