From the Manufacturer This stationary tank mounted compressor has a heavy-duty single-stage cast iron compressor pump made in Somerset, PA. It is belt driven with a large flywheel for extra cooling and easier start-up, and the belt guard is totally enclosed. This air compressor is splash lubricated and features a directional air shroud for reduced pump temperatures, a large canister intake filter with replaceable filter elements, and special unloading valves to assist in the motor starting. It also comes equipped with protectively mounted fittings, a tank gauge, pressure relief safety valve, as well as thermal overload motor protection. The auto Start/Stop control with pressure unloader is set at 105-125 PSI. The electric motor is Industrial/Commercial grade UL listed, and the tanks are powder coated and ASME certified.
