BodyTrain ES-7021 Racing Studio Style Exercise Bike White

The first bike we received had a knocking noise when we pedalled. When we brought this to the attention of the seller (Sport and Leisure uk) they were very quick to respond to all our emails and when the problem could not be resolved they sent a new bike. Was very pleased with the customer service and now very happy with the bike. It seems very sturdy and is quiet and smooth. Good value for money.

Well packaged and very easy to follow instructions to put together. Pedals very good and bike overall seems strong, only criticism is some parts a little wobbly but may be due to not being able to really tighten certain parts. Still feels safe though.

Was amazed how quick this turned up, ordered Saturday and it arrived yesterday, 4 days earlier, as an exercise bike it's good, something for these miserable dark rainy nights good quality fair play,

Some of the parts were missing. It is not sturdy at all. The pedal screws come out often. The seat cushion doesn't fit with the bike. I am unhappy with the bike.

Amazing delivery time (about 2 days).The bike is fairly solid. Definitely worth the money.My only gripe is the friction seems to go from 0-100% with very little in between. I'd definitely consider changing out the friction pad.There was also a dent in one of the supports. It was fairly well packaged so seems like it happened in manufacturing rather than delivery.

Great static bike which arrived very quickly, was easy to put together and is quiet to ride. I use it whilst I'm watching the tv in an evening and it doesn't annoy my husband 🤣2 slight negatives are: the seat is very wide. If you are used to a road bike you might find it too big ( I've swapped mine now for a slimmer one) and it's also quite long between the seat and handle bars, even on the shortest adjustment. I'm 5'8" and just about reach but find it a bit of a stretch. I do spend a bit of time peddling upright which helps.Overall a good buy which is easy to move around, easy to use and doesn't take up too much space.

Looks really good but thats it really. he seat keeps moving and the handle bars wobble and there is a fine adjustment between easy an won't move. Pity really puts me off using it as much as I would like to..

We bought this product in October 2021 and it has been working brilliantly. Very happy with the product itself and initial service and delivery. Added review now as we recently had a problem with the bike where a piece broke off. We were informed it had never happened before and they would send out a replacement. New bike received today, just a week after first contacting the company and their response to e-mail has been very quick and helpful. Will definitely buy from this company again.
