You cannot tell this was a refurbished product. Works just like new and looks it too.

Console arrived on time and in perfect conditions.

I have now tried ordering 3 of these each with problems that give me concerns about the company. Our old console worked but the display had failed so it always had to be docked. I have been ordering their best condition consoles according to their grading. The first one looked great and powered on but wouldn't charge using the original doc or any other charger. The right controller would occasionally lose connectivity. I exchanged for another one. This one said shipped but never made any progress in shipping and took a week before we could get a refund. 3rd one just arrived. Again it looked to be in excellent condition but this one would only power on for a second, show the Nintendo logo and then reboot and only when plugged in. Clearly it wasn't even tested at all before being shipped. I tried calling the company directly during their stated business hours for 2 days. Always goes straight to voicemail and no one has called me back after I left a message. Glad I bought these through Amazon for the easy return but my son is very disappointed.

Worked great

I ordered a new switch console. This one had stickers on the back and games already installed. Everything was in Chinese. So definitely wasn't new. But it worked perfectly so hence the 3 stars.

Llego en una caja pero empacado con bubble wrap. Lo ajuste y le puse la cuenta de nintendo switch, funciona perfectamente y no tiene ningún rayon o señales de uso parece nueva.

I had my Switch stolen so I already had the dock and all the cords and accessories and only needed the console itself. It did say in the description that there could be some minor scratches, and it does have one scratch on the front of the display but other than that it works perfectly. Holds a charge, has no glitch or discoloration etc. on the screen itself. Certainly worth it in my opinion.
