If you are looking for a filtered black coffee machine then this is the ultimate product to bring home. Same thing is provided by other makers in various higher price ranges. But this being a Tata product is indigenous as well as saves money. Makes around 800-900ml coffee in one go. Easy to use and clean, light weight, has a short power chord though still completely justifies it's price.

It is an easy-to-use, inexpensive and very good product.I feel that the sound when drip is loud.

The drip navigation through filter, funnel and the container causes stain and for day to day cleaning is difficult for house hold. The cord is too short and I have to buy a flex junction box which is around Rs. 400.The seller advertised 625 ml but its capacity is indicated as 500 ml maximum . Only solace is it is a Tata product but to return or retain it is a million dollar question. Can I return it with replacement after rectifying defective or grey area in the machine. Not convenient for daily use as cleaning the flimsy parts are difficult. Not satisfied with performance like any conventional machine of other brand. I want to return.

The media could not be loaded.  1st time they sent me a broken jar, and this time the machine didn't work. also, they just rejected my return and did not process the refund.
