Used for bagels! Size was as expected , worked great for bagel add ins! These do melt quicker than I planned. Taste was amazing! Opening them smelled like Christmas ❤️ worth the money since they are HARD to find in store.

I used these in Snickerdoodle cookies. Because of the mini size they did not give the desired result. Next time I’ll look for full sized drops. They didn’t seem to have much cinnamon flavor to me.

I used to buy cinnamon chips from King Arthur Flour, that I would add to cookies, bread, and coffee cake. Anything with cinnamon already included. These chips really enhanced the baked goods. KAF stopped selling them and I have been looking all over for a replacement. Decided to give this brand a try. They are exactly like the ones I used to get from KAF. They are not meant to eat right out of the bag, like you would do with choc. chips. They have a higher melting point and are meant to be used in baked goods.

The packaging is excellent and seals airtight to keep these cinnamon drops fresh. The taste is excellent and not a “waxy taste” as some products are that are not regular chocolate. Perfect amount of cinnamon taste without being a “hot cinnamon” flavor. I’ve used these in cookies and they melt well and still hold a tiny bit of their shape. Great value compared to its competitors. Highly recommend for baking.

When these arrived I noticed they did not look fresh. They aren't melted, but the middle is one big clump and didn't separate, and there is little melted crumb particles all over the inside of the bag. I tasted one and it didn't melt but got stuck in my teeth and stayed there, like a chunk of wax. They do taste like cinnamon, but the texture is so off putting it was like paraffin in my mouth. When I tried it again next day, I didn't chew it but let it melt in my mouth, it was grainy and not smooth/melty and left an oily, waxy coating in my mouth. So disgusting, I would never put this in food. The most maddening part is I paid $13 and Amazon states this item is not returnable.

Purchased these mini cinnamon chips for a bagel recipe. Cinnamon chips are not that easy to find in my location so I was happy to find these these and give them a try. This is a nice size bag of chips but they are not cheap. I used about a quarter bag in my baking adventures. The bagels turned out pretty well and the chips added a nice flavor, reminiscent of a cinnamon crunch bagel from a well known chain. I still have plenty of chips and should make another batch of bagels - I just have to get in the mood!
