Not a tie-up curtain
This is not a "tie-up" curtain. It has two separate loops which can be slipped over the curtain rod to loop up the curtain, but they are not adjustable. The quality of the curtain is very good (just like a tier curtain I had purchased earlier). My return was handled efficiently.

Instead of showing a complete set, just show one or the other.
I loved the picture of the curtain as a complete set, then when I finally received it, it was two valances, I decided rather than go thru the hassle of sending them back and reorder a complete set with valance and swag, I would just use the 2 valances, to make it fuller. They need to speed up their shipping procedure.
