This is excellent for all around baking and cooking. We use it for nearly everything.

We use this stuff for freeze drying trays and cooking sheets in the oven with cookies and other items getting baked to keep from sticking and dirtying up the trays. Very economical and its nice with the built in cutter.

Great for the price...
The thickness of the paper was a little thinner than I usually purchase, but it was not flimsy by any means. It is perfectly suitable to get the job done. I think my box is defective because the tab that you press in on the side to keep the roll from falling out of the box was missing. Even with these small inconveniences, I would purchase again because of the great price.

The cutter says it all.
Finally a parchment paper that is organic and easy to use. The cutter is wonderful. No more ragged edges or temper-losing. I was buying the brown one, but the cutter is horrible. I would have to put the box down, fetch a pair of scissors to get a clean cut. Buy this. You will be so glad you did.

Strong
I like this parchment paper, because it is strong, very strong, and doesn't leak when using it for greasy meats in the oven. I like the paper cutter box, but...you have to hold it just so for it to cut straight. I am going to reinforce the box it is in, because it will surely not last for this whole roll (I'll just tape it to reinforce). But again, I will say, it is a no stick, strong paper to use for greasy or heavy meats or baking. I would recommend this product.
