I recently tried this plov seasoning, and I must say, it's excellent! I typically use two packets for a large pot of rice. It gives the rice a beautiful yellow color and imparts a wonderful, authentic flavor. Some reviewers have mentioned concerns about the product being expired, but I’d like to clarify that the date printed on the packet refers to the manufacturing date, and the seasoning is good for three years from that point, as stated in the product description. I highly recommend this seasoning to anyone who loves plov. It truly enhances the dish!

Fine spices for rice pillow. For say 6.75 Qt. oven pot , use 2 or 3 packs to your taste liking. And, it should be fine then.

The product is great, but for so little is much to pay.At least in volume for the money it had to be twice more.

Learned to make Khorezm plov while in Uzbekistan and the taste from these spices is almost right - I found it to be a bit mild when prepared using the measurements on the back. Zor!
