Squeeze the handles to open the mouth, jam it in some flour and you're good to go. A light shake and you can easily dust an area with flour.It's stainless so I can just keep it in the flour container. No need to dig it out of some drawer or to load up and dirty a duster. I've now used it to dust flour, powdered sugar and even cocoa while baking all sorts of goodies.To me it's far more convenient to use this than any other tool.

Arrived in a paper envelope with the mesh portion crushed. I was able to push it out but not perfect. Would recommend seller place it in a small box or bubble wrap

I like using this for loose teas and for herbs when cooking soups and stews. This powdered sugar duster has many uses! I am going to buy another for my friend that also wants one for cooking.

I bake a lot of bread and this tool makes it so easy to control how much flour I place on my kneading spot.

Very disappointed in this item. It was delivered in a plastic bag, so both sides of the mesh cups were completely squished/flattened out.
