Good pot for deep frying
I’ve had this pot for over 3 years now and it’s still a winner. Cleans up well. I like the thermometer that comes with it to help me gauge oil temperature. The little rack on the inside of the lid is helpful. And I love that I can close the lid while frying, but I don’t have to worry about any condensation, exploding in my face.Is the metal thin? Yes, but it helps the oils heat up fast. If all you’re doing is frying eggrolls or chicken wings or tempura, it’s the perfect pot and it seriously reduces the amount of oil splatter in my kitchen. Would definitely buy again, but mine is still going strong!

Works Well!!
I have used this fryer 4 times since I received it in January. It makes frying foods very easy and clean. I have fried fish and chicken and both were very good. The crust was crispy and not oily, I wish the fryer was bigger because I could only fry 6 chicken drummies or 3 catfish filets. The grease does not spatter all over the stove. Be sure not to put in too much oil in the fryer; keep the oil even with the screws on the inside of the fryer. Do not close the pot while heating the oil or while it is frying food. This fryer is easy to clean; I had to wait until it cooled down. Then I was able to take it apart and clean each piece thoroughly. I did not submerse the thermometer in the water; I just wiped it clean.

Good pot, but be careful of the lid edges!
Good frying pot. Keeps the oil splatter down so it’s not so messy to fry. I’m glad I got the 9” one. The only things are that when I washed the lid, I cut my hand on the underside because the edge was so sharp and the thermometer kept flopping around not sitting in the oil because the attachment made it go up instead of stay down. I do like the fact that it has a thermometer though. It was a little poorly made for the price. I wonder if I got another brand, would it be better? Overall, it’s good and frys fast.

Unique, Lightweight, Well Thought Out Design
This is a very well thought out design. It is light weight but that makes it easier to use. The pot has a reinforced thick plate on the bottom very similar to my dutch oven to concentrate the heat. The lid has a notch to fit to the rim of the bottom. When the lid is open if anything is placed on the drain rack the oil will go back down the lid into the pot. The two handles will heat up as does all metal, just make sure you use a pot holder to move it. The only thing you should be careful of is the rim on the lid curves and can pick up oil slinging it out if it drops into the pot. Slide this over to a cold burner off the hot one without touching the lid. Very easy to clean, I recommend Bartender's Friend or Bon Ami.

Good but terrible quality
This pot is good for its intended purpose, being frying and can hold many things. However the materials and quality make it very dangerous to use. The lid of the pot is very sharp and can actually cut you if you aren’t careful. The pot’s inside is golden with some sort of coating on it, however after the first use, it started to turn red. This pot is good for frying but I can’t recommend this to someone else because of how poor and dangerous it is.

Cheap junk
We just bought good quality induction stove and wanted to make egg rolls and crab rangoons. The stove has this deal where you can measure the suitably of a pot for induction cooking. Rank is 1-10 with 8 or better being acceptable. This thing measured a 4.In addition, the metal is so thin you can probably warp the pot with your hands.Didn't bother trying it, just wrapped it up for return

Efficient and Stylish Tempura Fryer for Perfect Home-Cooked Meals
I recently tried the Cuomaop Deep Fryer Pot, and it has quickly become a staple in my kitchen. Made from 304 stainless steel, this Japanese-style tempura fryer is not only durable but also adds a touch of elegance to my cooking setup. One of the standout features is the built-in temperature control, which makes it easy to maintain the perfect heat for frying. The 9.4-inch diameter is just the right size for making small batches of tempura, fried chicken, or any other crispy delights without taking up too much space on the stove. The lid is a thoughtful addition, helping to prevent oil splatters and keep the cooking area clean. I appreciate that it’s uncoated, giving me peace of mind when it comes to safe and chemical-free cooking. Overall, the Cuomaop Deep Fryer Pot is well-designed, efficient, and ideal for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality fried foods at home.
