How do you physically connect to power? Do They have to be wired in?

12 volts not sure of watts, mine are tapped into the shifter lights

Are the wires easy to hide? Seems like it would be challenging.

It's just 2 wires. Pretty easy to hide depending on where you mount them. You may need to drill a small hole to pull the wires through if you're surface mounting them.
