No Christmas Day meal without it!
This is the closest match to the Italian dry sausage my husband’s grandmother and aunts made their sausage pie with for holidays. Wouldn’t be Christmas or Easter without it! We were very happy to find it several years ago.

Not impressed.hard chunks of grizzle ,large enough to remove by hand.5 in one stick!Will not eat other two.Saving my teeth

Packaging, shipping and handling was great. Price was good. Just not impressed with the flavor, it was blah and very tough, chewy. Flavor between this and the one like it that is supposed to be hot not a difference in flavor between the two.
