Delicious and high quality protein
So easy to drink in a pinch when you don’t have time to make your own shake. Taste is amazing. By far the best tasting pre made protein shake I’ve ever had. I prefer strawberry, tastes of strawberry milk or melted ice cream. So yummy. Pricey, but worth it.

Looking to gain. Definitely try this!
I’ve struggled with gaining these past couple of years. Which is odd considering I’d normally have no issue gaining weight. My issue is my problem areas.. skinny legs and no butt. Now this will help you gain a booty but be careful if you’re not working out. I have started drinking half prior to my workout or as a meal replacement.. then the other half after. I usually drink them on days I’m working the glutes. But eventually I’ve started to do them on days I do cardio. The taste is good but if I’m not hydrated properly it could give a chalky taste. This is more convenient for me since I simply don’t have much time to stop and make one myself. Until then, I’ll continue to buy this product. I’m also lactose intolerant, this doesn’t upset my stomach. I believe it is non dairy, which is a plus!

Lack of flavor
I love the idea that I can get 42 g of protein from this drink. What I didn’t expect, was a serious lack of flavor. I have tried the vanilla 42 g and the vanilla flavor was very weak. I just tried the strawberry flavor and the same thing, the flavor was really weak. The one thing that I do appreciate is there is not the tin can aftertaste in this protein drink. This is the only reason it got four stars instead of five. Since these are extremely expensive, if they ever decide to increase the flavor levels, I’ll be willing to spend the extra money for them.

it tastes so freaking good!! it tastes like a dessert. the only downsize is the price. core is the best brand ever, its the only protein shakes that arent chalky
