Texet A4 laminating pouches 150 microns pack of 100 &Rapesco S11662Z3 Galvanised Staples 26/6 mm - Box of 5,000, Silver

I decided to try these as they were a cheaper alternative to what I usually get. As an Early Years teacher I use laminating sheets a lot. However, these were not good quality. Perhaps I had a dodgy pack but each sheet seemed to already be ‘stuck’ together resulting in me having to pull them apart. I used them for laminating pictures for the outdoor area and every single thing I laminated had bubbles, pinches in the middle or didn’t laminate properly. I tried using them on a different laminator in case it was my laminator that was the issue and the same thing happened. I borrowed a laminating sheet from a colleague and it didn’t happen. I’ve thrown away the packet as I cannot display things with bubbles and pinches in the middle of them. Unfortunately I won’t be buying these again.

Nearly overnight delivery - never stopped laminating since...everything from mother in law to next door's cat now laminated and lamination only limited by running out of pouches!! Nest fun I've ever had!! JUST BE CAREFUL - laminating easy but pouches are very HOT - handle with care til cool and ensure fully cool before storage or could cause a slow burn fire from heat stored.....Squirrel 59 - Tu 3.1.17 - am delighted with this product - better results with fotos than paper but buying more....should speak for itself!! These were the first Texet laminating pouches I have purchased - usually bought the Fellowes ones from Amazon.The Texet ones don't 'stick' together completely once passed through the laminator and i in 4 pouches wrinkles on the corners despite the paper sheet and pouch being in alignment during the process. I will definitely buy the Fellowes pouches in future.

The first one we ordered had a problem, however the replacement seems to be ok.Issue with the first one was that the page once laminated had many ripples going through it.Amazon were brilliant in their exchange process and we have a new one.Overall -Its not perfect and would not recommend for anything of sentimental value or professional use, however, good for basic laminating.Reason for this is that it does not laminate with the perfectly clean and crisp flat effect you would expect. instead there are minor ripples when looking at the finished product at an angle and also minor imperfections.Note I have been using the TEXET pouches aswell so there should be no compatibility issues

The packaging clearly states these are 150 microns. On putting them through the laminator the pouch was so flimsey, it was no good. We went out and bought pouches from elsewhere because these are most definately not 150 microns. I would put them at 75 microns.

Bought a laminator and a pack of pouches to use at work and home. These pouches are of a good quality and very easy to use. At first glance you would think they were translucent but once they have passed through the laminating process the result is perfect every time.Delighted with this purchase

I've been searching for cheaper options for laminating papers, as I'm only using them at home with my kids. 150 microns is thin. Don't get me wrong, it does the job perfectly, seams don't come undone, I just didn't have any reference to compare the thickness of the sheets. All in all this brand is Allright.
