I have had the vest for about a week. It really warms up fast and the battery life is super long. I can wear it for hours while doing barn chores or working horses. I wear it alone over a a shirt or under a jacket if it’s really cold outside and it compresses well. I suggest getting a size that fits close to the body, it’s like being wrapped in a warm blanket.

Have had for a month now. I bought this for my son for HS baseball. Midwest season is cold and important to keep the core warm. He says it's comfortable and keeps him warm. I , of course tried this out when I bought it and was impressed with the warmth. Battery life hasn't been a problem for his usage time. I do agree with other reviewers about the battery placement being in a bad spot but it hasn't been an issue for the user. I would buy again and will rate it a 5 star if it lasts more than 1 season.

After my friend showed me his heat vest, I did a bunch of research on Amazon as my wife gets cold easily and I did not want to keep the whole house heated at 72-75 degrees the whole winter.Most of the vests on Amazon are not well-fitted or do not include batteries or are only 5V. I wanted one that is snug (otherwise you won't feel the heat element) that heats up quick. This was one that fit all the bills.Pros-Very nice and form fitting-7.4V - very quick heating up-3 settings (seems to be standard amongst all jackets)-Battery last 3-4+ hours on high settingCons-The jacket uses an AC/DC connector, not the standard USB-A, so you can't use any battery (I suspect they wanted to keep it 7.4V only, and most standard battery packs are 5V through USB-A)-The heating elements on the back is only on upper back, I wish it also extended to lower back-Price - this is definitely on the higher end vs other standard jackets, but you do get 7.4V, better fit and battery packOverall, I would recommend this jacket. I also ended up ordering one for myself because I liked its build quality. My wife is 110lbs, she ordered XS (she's normally a size 0), I am 152lbs and I ordered a men size small. Both of those are very nicely fitted and snug.One other thing to note, I am not sure if it's an issue with heating element, but it would have been better if it's possible to be down-filled, the jacket would have been even lighter. The battery pack does have some weight to it, but sits ok in the lower back area.

I gave these to my best friend and her husband. They had seen the one I was wearing and I could tell by their interest they really wanted one. They were thrilled. Actually, everyone who sees them wants them. One woman said I had solved her holiday shopping.The best is lightweight enough to stuff into a little day sack. Because it’s a vest, I can wear it under a windbreaker shell, a loose jacket or sweater and not have the vest show. When a chilly wind blew up at a wedding, I wore the vest under a dressy cardigan. No one could tell. I wear it now everyday in the house and never turn up the thermostat.

I received this as a gift for Christmas, & as a valet working outdoors in New Jersey winters, this thing is a real game-changer! It looks & fit great under my coat(s), it heats up & down quickly, it helps with my backaches, it's washable - the list of likes go on & on. The battery charges up fast & lasts for my whole 6-hour shift, where I start out in the white zone (100°) & then increase it to blue (115°) & finally red (130°) so as the sun sets, I can use the additional warmth. It's well-made, & with a one months' trial weartime under my belt already I know I have a wearable tool that helps me get through the long, cold afternoons & early evenings. Recommended highly!

I live where temperatures go as low as -40. I wear my vest under my leather coat when I run on town errands, but mostly when I spend hours pushing snow on my ATV or Kubota throughout the winter. This is the best winter purchase I have ever made, this vest provides warmth and comfort on the worst of cold days. I had a battery failure, when I contacted the company, the response back was both sincere and professional. My battery was replaced promptly with a newer model upgraded in both function and durability and physical size. I was truly impressed, their warranty service is without any hassle almost 1 year later, and to be truly honest the quality is a 10 out of 10. Even when I received the replacement battery which was sent priority mail , the box it came in was so fancy, it too has value of use for something. I am impressed with this company and strongly recommend them to everyone who want quality and needs that extra comfort for cool to cold seasons. It is really is about quality and service and this is what this company is all about!!

Great vest… works great and keeps me warm - size up- normally a size L/XL had to order 2XL.

This is one quality heated vest. It is priced higher than many others, but definitely worth it. I purposely wanted to heat up my neck and shoulders as I always have stiff neck and shoulders and this one was phenomenal. So warm and big surprise bonus was that when I put my hands into the pockets, they were very warm also - all because it had the heated abdomen area. So glad I got this one. The thin material still kept my body warm and yet allowed me to wear my hoodie jacket easily over it. It is not puffy looking like some of the cheaper ones my colleagues wear and for me, that's a plus as I always pull my jacket over it when I step outside. Just remember - hold press to set on/off. Once on, will go to Red (Hot), then shortly to White(warm), then later to Blue (room temperature) - I guess that is just a cycle, but when you then press again to go to off position, then click to go to Red again, it stays in the red for a long time (2.5 hours), White for 5.5 hours and Blue to 8.5 hours. - click one time to go to diff settings. Great product!
