Heats up well in mw oven. Stays warm for 15 minutes or so. Hangs around neck comfortably.

I broke my humerus and had a rod and 2 screws put in so my shoulder really took a hit. I’ve tried a couple products but this by far is the best. I like that it stays hot longer, wraps completely around my shoulder, and is very soft. One big plus is the “beads” stay in place and don’t settle down to the ends when I put it on the top of my shoulder like the other ones. You can move the “beads” by shaking it around to meet that need. I use it probably 5 times a day before my exercises and heat it up for 4 minutes for my needs on heat. It is well made and I would highly recommend.

Bought as a gift, but wanted to make sure it worked properly before I gifted it. Popped it into the microwave - one minute then flipped and did another minute. Was pretty warm and had that nice moist heat that flax seeds offer. Much better than other fillings in my opinion. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. The only thing that would be better is if it laid down and wrapped around a bit better. I have one that is U-shaped and it is much better at staying in place, but alas that company (earth therapeutics) stopped making the heat wraps so I decided to take a chance on this one. I like it and will recommend it to my clients who have neck issues.

This heat wrap is fantastic! I like that its very soft and has a slight comforting scent that isnt overpowering, (from the flaxseeds). It retains its heat for a long time (about 45 minutes depending on how hot you like it), although it can take a few minutes in the microwave to heat up properly. The seeds are staying in place and not shifting from one end to the other. The neck wrap is long enough and stays in place without moving around. I got it to mostly keep my neck warm during the winter months, but its also relaxes my neck and shoulder muscles. I always feel less tense in the shoulder/neck region when I take it off. Would highly recommend.

IT DOESN'T GET HOT ENOUGH OR COLD ENOUGH AND I FIND IT TOO HEAVY.

Very nice wrap. Well constructed of sturdy yet soft to the touch fabric. Heats easily and retains the heat for quite a while. I microwave for 1 minute, turn it, and then heat for another minute. I have not noticed any smell as mentioned in other reviews. It is heavier than I expected. Over all it is very soothing and has been helping with my sore shoulder and my achy back. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I live this heating pad. it's large enough to cover any part of the body. I have two of them. After a long day of sitting at my desk I use it to get the knots out of my back or when I get leg cramps. It's soft and really holds the heat for a good period of time. Great product
