It was pretty persistent. Now, after using ACT twice daily for over six months, that sensitivity is almost completely gone. Once in a while, something really cold might cause a brief twinge on a tooth or two, but it's a massive improvement compared to before. I really like the 18 oz version of Act mouthwash because you can swig a small amount out of the bottle due to the ingenious tube that fills a cavity at the top of the bottle through a feed tube. I have tried several flavors, and cinnamon is my favorite. All the flavors seem to leave a fresh clean feeling in your mouth after use. I used to buy the larger size bottles because they are less expensive per ounce, but I much prefer the convenience of the 18 oz size.

Good price on a good product. I've always enjoyed cinnamon flavor more than the various mint flavors usually offered. ACT has a nice, non-burning cinnamon taste. Nice change.

I love that there's no sting using this mouthwash. I've experienced some tooth sensitivity after having gerd for a few months - yikes. This mouthwash really works! It decreased the sensitivity from the first time I used it. I love the premeasure dosing top - very nifty.
