First coat should be glass black, let it dry then spray with this Ultimate Clear Coat Aerosol Paint for Mirror Chrome, and that is what you will get, a chrome finish.

Not sure. It actually dulls the chrome effect over time.

Q: What is this paint used for? Would it be okay to spray on wood?

This paint is for sealing Spaz Stix Mirror Chrome paint. It might work on wood, but it is designed for automotive use on metal and plastic. If your base coat is an acrylic and not enamel, it should work to seal it.
