We use this item in our rehab studio. It is used as a comfortable steady to assist the client going down on one knee comfortably.

This is a reasonable quality and stable box for inclined Plank/press up, sitting on, generally leaning on. It is also ok for step ups, BUT its not sturdy or stable enough for more dynamic moves such as Box Jumps. I am 85 Kilos and wouldn't feel comfortable using this if I was above 90Kg. Quality is good, however it is for regular, but light use. Serious Cross-fitters should look elsewhere. Cautious Recommendation

Excellent - as described. Foam is firm and would take some weight / use to become deformed, but does reduce impact effectively.

Good but very light

I use this for squat jumps, pushups, hip thrusts. It is very steady and firm.I am happy with this purchase. Delivery was on time.
