Disappointed with Waste King Garbage Disposal: Poor Service and Quality
I recently purchased the Waste King garbage disposal unit online, which was delivered on 9th Feb. However, my experience with both the product and the company has been incredibly frustrating. Firstly, neither the company nor Amazon provided installation services, leaving me to find someone independently. This process alone took 15 days, causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience. Once installed, the unit only functioned for a mere two days, and on the third day, smoke started emanating from it, indicating a serious malfunction. Attempts to contact the company for assistance were futile, as they claimed that India is not within their service territory. This raises the question: if they cannot service products in this country, why are they selling them online? What's more disappointing is the fact that this product is not cheap; it comes with a significant price tag, yet the quality and service provided are subpar. In conclusion, my experience with the Waste King garbage disposal has been nothing short of a disappointment. Not only is the product faulty, but the lack of support and service from the company is unacceptable. I urge potential buyers to think twice before investing in this product, as it has proven to be a waste of both time and money.
