The media could not be loaded. This device is unfortunately a scam, it gives you set of instructions of how to connect it. Big huge waste of time cause when you do you can’t even play the game. Such as Fortnite, my brother was disappointed that he could not build. Mind you we mainly bought this for the Nintendo switch. Please don’t buy and waste your time. If you have a keyboard or mouse just use it on your PlayStation without any other devices such as this, it works just fine. Nintendo unfortunately doesn’t.

I like that my son had it for a week then the wire came out the back of it . Tried to get a return and they way suppose to mail me return label and I called multiple times and no answer. No return label and never got a straight answer from customer service on why not. Until it ran out of time to return

It works perfectly fine and everything but isn't there supposed to be an app where you can change your key binds and make them what you want them to be

Works on PlayStation 4. Pretty much worked right away. I got it in 2 days and received instructions before that from support. Just have the controller off. Solid 5 stars. Recommend
