LOVE these rods for fresh water trolling
I have three of these now with Penn 209/309 reels on them and use them for fresh water lake trolling and they work perfect for that.

Good action and backbone for the money
Action and backbone on GLT rods has been very good, as I've used them for salmon for several years. Eyelets occasionally fall out/break, but never had one become a line cutter. The copper line rods eliminate that issue and I am looking forward to many years with those.

Great rod for trolling for walleye’s.

Great rod in my opinion
I got the 7&1/2 foot, medium power (2 of them) for trolling small lakes for multiple species. I have snagged logs and been able to retrieve my lure without breaking the rod (I was pulling very hard while holding the spool to prevent drag slip). I also love the sensitivity of these rods. All I have to do it grab the handle and I can feel if the lure is working properly. If I ever want more trolling rods, I will buy these again.

Broke first time using it. Very disappointing!

Fantastic rods for the price!
Quality and workmanship beyond its price point. I like the triangular fore grip and the fit and finish is surprisingly good. I have 2 of these now and would recommend them to anyone who trolls with downriggers or dipsy divers.

Areived in perfect condition
Rod waa as s packed in a 4” x 4” box and arrivred in perfect condition. Rod looks well made and finished nicely.

Le premier anneau est endommagé à cause duquel il coupe immédiatement la ligne, le dernier anneau est complètement absent. Ils ont envoyé un remplacement, également avec un défaut, du coup, j'en ai assemblé un sur deux. Je demande à l'entreprise de faire attention aux bagues de mauvaise qualité.
