UPDATE (3/28/2025)- since leaving the review the company reached out and was VERY helpful in getting me a new faucet. The new one works GREAT, highly recommend the faucet and the customer service team!!Original review- The pop up drain was very easy to install. The faucet its self is beautiful, install wasn’t great though. First the rubber washers have screens built into them, which is fine, until one of them had a wire sticking out of it that ripped the whole washer. Had to run to the hardware store to purchase something else that would work. Once that was done, turned on the faucet to find out that the water flow is AWFUL! Never had an issue with water pressure until installing this faucet. I’m not sure if it’s THIS faucet or the design, or what, but it’s terrible!

The delivery was quick, and the packaging was good. The installation was easy, and I didn't need to hire a plumber. The instructions were clear, and everything required for installation was included, along with an adapter for plumbing if needed. I purchased three faucets, and they look fantastic. I love the way the water flows from them. These faucets are available in both short and tall versions; I opted for the short one.

Easy Install, clear directions. Looks great. Love the water flow and pop up drain. Had to change pvc underneath as not a pull drain stop anymore, but easy trip to Home Depot and good to go.

I bought 3 of these for 4 of my bathroom sinks. Two work excellent in two of the bathrooms. A third faucet failed to function fully with maximum water flow rather than a trickle. That third faucet definitely saved water! The pop-up stopper for all 3 were tricky to adjust just right to function correctly. You have to turn and adjust the popup which is not explained in the product documentation. The water flow was maximum from my water supply lines feeding this faucet. The supply hoses with the screen washers permitted maximum water flow. There must be a restrictor or pinched inside assembly in the cartridge in the housing. You need special tools to disassemble. It was much cheaper to buy a similar modern design from another manufacturer that actually provided maximum full function water flow and adjustment. Disappointing that out of 3 only 2 worked as described in the advertisement. It is disappointing that the original price on Amazon for the faucet was 59.95 although that was in December 2023, and now it is being sold for $26 cheaper today 7/3/2024. That price difference and the failure of one of the 3 faucets is very disappointing.
