Sturdy Gets the Job Done
I received my water heater plug kit in time. I needed to get my RV water heater back up and running after the huge freeze. The tool is larger than I expected (a plus) and very well made. I was able to use the tool with no issues. I have arthritis and I was able to hold on easily and get the plug back in within minutes.

Loved this. I always hold on to things just a hit too long. In this case the plug was a mess and it leaked. I was thinking about changing to a drip plug. But then I saw this product with the wrench and more than 1 plug and I was sold. Works great.

WRENCH IS A WASTE OF TIME, COULD NOT USE/FIT IN MY HEATER APPLICATION . PLUGS WORK FINE
CAN NOT USE WRENCH WITH THE ATWOOD WATER HEATER. NO ENOUGH ROOM BETWEEN BURNER TUBE AND BACK WALL OF HEATER.

Failure
After installing this plug in my RV water heater I came home one day to find water gushing out of the cabinet and from under the R . When we pulled the plug we found that it had split, and I have no idea what caused it to do that. I have reinstalled another plug and if after a short period of time it also splits we are going to have a discussion about this product failure.

Buy something else
Had a chance today to use this on my rv hot water tank. The plug leaked and leaked no matter what i did. The wrench is not very good. I used an adjustable wrench with greater success. After fiddling for over 30 minutes I took this plug out and used the original which went in in minutes and didn't leak. Total failure. Don't buy this.
