Household Essentials Table Top Ironing Board with Iron Rest, Wood Top, 2 Metal Legs with Extra Support Bars, Lightweight, Natural Cover

I really like the size of this board- I'm using it in my sewing room and didn't want a full size ironing board.. I used it less than 10 times and it is severely warped now. The pressboard that it is made with can't handle the steam from the iron. I guess you get what you pay for.

I rarely need to use an ironing board so I wanted to get something small and easy to store. This turned out to be a nice size and seems easy to use. The legs fold down just fine and it's sturdy.

I bought this for ironing and pressing quilt fabric. The legs on mine were warped and I had to bend them so it would stay flat and level on a hard surface. Its compact for sure but not very stable due to the flimsy legs. There is a one inch run in the fabric cover. No biggie but just another minus for quality control. The padding is awfully thin so I may add some batting to pad it better. I bought this to save space in my condo but may end up buying a sturdier full sized board in the future. Amazon sold it for $12 so I took the chance. Now they raised the price to $20. No way worth that price!

I don't usually buy things that need ironing, but I have one or two that need touch up. This is perfect. Inexpensive yet fits on a table without harming the surface and just long enough to iron a long sleeve shirt. Folds flat and fits comfortably in any small space out of sight.

I absolutely LOVE it! Purchased for my daughters dorm room and was honestly not expecting much. Chose the stripes pattern and it is soo cute. The perfect size and weight. Hangs perfectly on the side of her closet with a command hooks also fits behind her bed out of site. Oh my daughter loves it as well, guess thats important. This was definitely a surprise steal. If you have a small space or unable to lift heavy items or just want something cute this is for you.Update: I will not change my 5 stars because my initial reaction still counts. My daughter asked that I return this product due to the warning shown on the picture- Calofornia proposition 65 Warning Cancer and reproductive harm. It was purchased specifically for her to use in her dorm room. :-( A little sad I have to search for another.

I love that it's made of metal instead of particle-board, so I never have to worry about the steam destroying the board. It also hangs up in the closet so it's very easy to get out of the way. I've never had any issues with the metal leaving any imprints on my fabrics while I'm ironing. I think that it gets a decent amount of use (sewing projects + several roommates who also use it) and I haven't noticed any wear at all.

I bought this to use in my sewing room, so it wouldn't take up so my space as a big board would. It has been very convenient and useful. It's well made and padded really good. Overall, a good product.

This little ironing board is exactly what our household needed. We do not do a huge amount of ironing, but it's handy and easy to use when we do. Since it's small and collapsible it is easy to store and take out when it's needed. The board itself is nice quality, and the price is good.

The cover is very thin material, and the padding is inadequate. While it has a cord and toggle so that it can be tightened, the cord is thin and the toggle is the cheapest plastic possible, and does not hold so the cords have to be tied and knotted to keep it in place. The board wobbles on the uneven legs. The item came packaged with the label taped to the fabric of the board. It was very gummy and required a great deal of cleaning to remove the adhesive. The one and only thing going for this ironing board is that the ironing board is metal mesh, not press board like many of the table top boards. The overall quality is extremely poor, which is a shame - a tiny bit more effort and a few more cents put into better quality materials, and this would be a good little board. The only reason I am not returning it is that during the pandemic I have been relying on someone else to carry my return parcels to the post office since I am unable to get there myself, and that person is no longer available. As it is, I am now adding padding to it and altering the cover to make it fit properly. Now that I know that Household Essentials produces such poor items, I will be sure to avoid purchasing anything from them.

The smaller size is very convenient, but it's not always ideal for ironing clothes. If you have a lot of ironing, consider the regular version. If you don't have a lot of space, this will do the job. Just be patient.

I like the fact that it folds up and hangs over my closet door. Fine for small items. Difficult to maneuver larger clothing over the board without wrinkling it.

This tabletop iron is perfect. Small enough that I can tuck it away in a closet by hanging it with the attached metal hanger, but large enough to give me a good surface area to work with. It's stable, doesn't rock at all, and has a cute print. I've used it a few times already and have no complaints!

Should have had one years ago.Good size, easy to maneuver and store. Most of no ironing is small stuff.If you could supply me with an iron that irons on its own I'd be a very happy person
